We've been tasked with an exciting mission: revamping MoneyBack's mascot to strengthen its connection with the core brand. Currently, many people don't recognize App Jr. as the brand mascot, and its exposure is quite low.
Our goal is clear: to transform MoneyBack into an essential part of daily life for Hong Kongers, rebrand App Jr. with a fresh, youthful image to attract a younger audience, and engage with our audience using a friendly, caring, and energetic tone.
By achieving these goals, we've seen stunning results: a significant boost in brand recognition, a younger and more vibrant user base, and an enhanced connection with our audience that resonates through our friendly and energetic communication style.
